Maysons future

Mayson now 3 years old is desperately needing to make a trip to Melbourne to see another Dr specialising in respiratory ...we are seeking a second opinion.
Mayson as a 4 week old baby was finding breathing difficult  and on several occasions stopped momentarily resulting him in turning blue. For 2 years now doctors at a certain hospital ..'I will not name 'told us "he was fine and I was over reacting " I would arrive at the emergency department at least once a week for a year.  We then decided it was time to go to princess Margaret hospital. They examined him and told us he needed surgery ASAP the next day Mayson went in for surgery.  Drs had found a foreign body in the airway that had blocked his oxygen to the right lung and was limiting the oxygen to the left lung . Over time the right lung had collapsed several times resulting in it scaring and still hasn't recovered fully. If they hadn't of found the obstruction in his airway the growth would of continued to grow to the Point he would not of been able to get any oxygen at all. Since this mayson has undergone 7 procedures.
He still struggles trying to play after about 5 minutes he has trouble breathing and has to stop and rest.  As all of the medications Mayson has been on over his three short years his immunity is very low and will catch any cold / virus that's going around. Just 3 Days ago Mayson was taken to emergency department as he had caught a cold and stopped breathing again.  We need a second opinion as we are no longer getting the support from the doctors here that he needs. Please even the smallest amount will help.  We have been quoted $6000 for the doctor alone but are hopefully getting government help with that side of funding.
