Mayo Clinic for Ivory Yoakem

My 18 year old daughter was recently diagnosed with iGa nephropathy (there is no cure) the Dr.'s say that only 1/3% of all iga patients will need a kidney transplant, they have already determined that Ivory will be a part of that 1/3%.

As any parent, I want the best care for my daughter which is why I am starting this gofundme acct. our goal is to receive a minimum of $5,000.00 for Ivory to be seen at the Mayo Clinic in MN (it's closest). They do not accept our insurance and as any treatment plan we are in a hurry to slow down the process. As of 6/12/17 she has 75% kidney function. I am told that for an 18 yr old kidney function should be between 100-125%.
Ivory is a kind, caring, responsible young lady. She recently graduated high school this past May (even with all her at the time 'unknown' medical issues. She will receive her associates next year at Bulter Community College, She has plans of getting her degree in forensic science. And also works full time (since she was a sophomore in high school)
Please help me get my daughter the best care possible to prolong her quality of life.
