Hey guys! I'm Maxwell, and as many of you may have known, I just had my birthday... and the only thing I asked for was a GoFundMe Account. Why? Because I'm transgender and am going through a tough time with not only body dysphoria, but also my health right now.
So in creating this account, I hope to raise enough money so that I am able to afford surgery. Lately, it's been getting harder and harder to breathe because of what I do to my chest in order to pass as male, and as soon as I raise enough money, I will get top surgery. The money raised will pay for the expenses not covered by insurance, which the total is an estimate.
This procedure will be a life changing event that I need. This procedure will also allow me to do things I am not able to or am really uncomfortable doing such as: swimming, running, or biking.
In conclusion, I know I have been very fortunate to have such an amazing support group and family I am so graetful for all the things and changes I've been able to undergo this past year. I hate asking people for money. I really do, but this is something that is becoming a problem to my health. The sooner I can get this done, the faster my life can actually begin.
