Maxwell's tumor removal
Donation protected
Meet Maxwell.
He lives in Pahrump with his human Mom who loves him very much. His human Dad left and Mom is struggling to make ends meet, but she is getting by. Maxwell is an otherwise healthy, 4-yea r old nuetered male pot belly with a strange bump under his left ear... Max is a good boy and isn't complaining much at all, but the growth he had under his ear has decided to take a turn for the worse, growing painfully large, and it has to go!
The dead tissue at the center of the growth could be deadly in no time all all, and it is so close to his ear and his sweet eye, we got choked up as soon as we got a look at it. Can you imagine?
Animals are so precious and sadly silent, we are the only hope they have when they are in trouble. We must react. Max's Mom is beside herself and just broken hearted that she doesn't have the money to have Maxwell treated, but we are so happy she loves him and wants him forever that we will do anything to help her, and therefore, help Max.
Windy's "Ranch to the Rescue" has committed to driving to Pahrump from Overton and safely transporting Max to the vet in Las Vegas, as well as donating $200 toward to bill. We have a fabulous doctor well experienced with pot bellied pigs at Lone Mt Animal Hosp who gave a great quote to perform the surgery. I have included the total high and low quote, I am happy to email you the entire quote upon email request to [email redacted]
If you are at all uncomfortable donating online, you can call LHAH directly and ask to donate to Windy's Pig Rescue account, specifically for Maxwell.
Special thanks to our dear friend and favorite adopter Cindy, and Nancy for bringing this to us.
