fund for my wheelchair-bike

Hi, I'm Max and I have Bethlem's Muscular Dystrophy. Living in the small German town of Kandern, it's hard to get around in my wheelchair, with cobbles and steep
hills in the way. But I recently found out about a device that you can put on the front of your wheelchair, which can can turn said wheelchair into a sort of bike with electric assist (the picture above is a manual version, but I need electric assist for hills). This kind of thing would be tremedously helpful me and make me more independent. The problem is that this wheelchair attachment is very expensive, and we cannot afford one on our own.
