Saving Max and Lucky

We are trying to save 2 wonderful cats, and give them a second chance in life. We named them Max and Lucky.
It's a very sad story but we hope for a happy ending! Bad tenants of my friend were evicted and left 2 cats locked in a nasty bird cage behind. My friends found them 12 days later. The 2 kitties were starving but they are in a good overall shape and safe now. Max is a big fluffy, black and white, lover. Lucky is the white and grey one. He is still skittish but that’s understandable given the stress these boys went through.

We need to get them to a vet ASAP (this week) for a check up, vaccinations, and any needed treatment! They also need to be neutered if they are not already. The vet will give us a discount as they are a rescue kitties but we will still need support for medical expenses.
In addition we NEED to find foster HOME or permanent home for these boys! Please let us know if you know of people looking to adopt or you are willing to foster or give a permanent home to one or both of these kitties. Ideally, they will stay together, but whatever it takes to find them a good home.
