Max the Spaniel Needs Wheels

I'm Dee and need to raise funds for Max the Spaniels Wheel Chair.

Max is 7 years old and recently had spinal issues that have paralysed both his back legs.  Max is very energetic and currently drags his back legs along to get around. This is a hard thing for max to do and very tiring but he does not give up. 

Jenny and Roy who own Max are extremely dedicated to his recuperation, so much so they have attended numerous hydrotherapy classes which have not fixed the issue.

Currently Roy walks Max using a harness for the back legs which requires max to be lifted off the floor and this is impacting on Roy's shoulders and hands because of the weight.

When talking to Roy and Jenny it is obvious how much they love Max and how Max is a firm member of the family.

The last option for them now is a wheelchair designed to take the weight of the back legs so Max can move independently around the house and when out and about. Max will be able to socialise with other dogs which is key to his recovery.

I have decided to raise this money so the family can feel whole again. It is important to see a smile on peoples faces when faced with heart ache and I think this is the way to do it. 

When Max gets his wheels pictures will be posted so all can see the freedom Max will have. The monies will be passed over on the 1st August 2020
