Maximus is the Mighty Micro Preemie

I wanted to create this GoFund for my God Son Maximus Diaz who was born at 24 weeks and 5 days via emergency csection. He was measuring about 22 weeks instead of almost 25 weeks due to intrauterine Growth restriction. He was born the size of a 22 weeker and was under a pound at birth. His Mom Jamie, Dad Alex, Brother Alexander, & Sister Annabelle have been living in a hotel room a few minutes away from the hospital for the past 2 months. They live a hour and a half away from the hospital but need to be close by in case of an emergency.  Maximus has lung disease and will have it for the rest of his life. He also has ROP stage 1 along with Plus disease. He has a hernia that has gotten bigger and will need surgery to repair it. His blood sugar has been high so he gets checked often, he has been dealing with a high heart rate, retaining fluid, kidney issues, issues with weight gain, and breathing issues. He will probably be in the Nicu till November if things go well. On top of this, Dad was fired from his job without his knowledge for taking a few days off because Mom was admitted in the hospital. Covid has made finding a new job really hard. They recently moved to Texas before the pandemic so they have no family help. All money donated will go to helping his family with food, bills, housing, medical bills, and everything sweet Maximus will need when he finally can come home.  Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
