Max and Alex Peister Support Fund

Hello, Friends of Alex and Max!

We are starting this fundraiser to support Alex and Max during Max’s unexpected extended stay at the hospital.  It seems the little guy wanted to enter the world early as he was excited to meet his new mommy.  During his stay, he has had a few serious setbacks, medically, and Alex has had to prolong their stay in Texas until he is ready to come home.  This entails weeks of antibiotic and antiviral IV treatments to fight off some serious infections, and feeding tubes to help him put on weight.  

As you can imagine, this is putting a bit of an emotional strain on them, but especially a big financial strain.  We would like to help alleviate that burden.  Please join us if you can.  Any amount is welcome and greatly appreciated.  All funds will go directly to Alex.  She is unaware of our efforts (and would probably throttle us for starting this in the first place), and we would like to surprise her with this gift as soon as possible.
