Maunalani U17's Earth Day Campaign

Aloha,

The ladies of Maunalani U17 Volleyball Club will be completing an ECOS project along with the Malama Learning Center as stewards of our coastlines and oceans and in honor of Earth Day 2017!  The team will spend the day cleaning Zablan's beach of trash and debris harmful to our oceans, remove unwanted invasive picklweed and replace them with plants native and beneficial to our Hawaiian wetland, and test water quality in the ocean and nearby streams.   We can use your help!
In order for this important project to happen, we need your support.  We humbly ask for a 100% tax deductible pledge donation that will allow us to have this opportunity and to raise necessary funds for our team's summer travel.

The team will be competing in AAU Nationals in Orlando FL.  In this positive learning experience for member and team development, the club's vision is to create an environment in which they can promote respect, develop character, build self esteem and through this project, embrace civic responsibility.

Thank you in advance for supporting our team's effort in making a positive difference for our beautiful islands.  Mahalo!
