Mattie's Camp Mentorship Fund

Hi everyone!
My name is Mattie Hollenbach. I am 15 and I was born with a congenital heart disease (CHD) called Pulmonary Atresia with Ventricular Septal Defect which means I was born without my pulmonary artery and valve, as well as having a hole in my heart. Because of this, I have been going to Camp Taylor for more than half of my life. Camp Taylor is a summer camp for kids like me with CHD, and is a great lifelong support system for kids and families affected by diseases like mine.
I was just told that I am lucky enough to be given the opportunity to be a mentor to CHD kids and their families at a Camp Taylor family camp both in California and in Hawaii. As a mentor, my job will be to support, help and become close with families who have a child with CHD. I am so excited to take on this responsibility, and I cannot wait to get started.
One of the tasks I must complete as a mentor is to rasie $1,700 so the camp can be adequately funded for every family to have a great time, and so my fellow mentors and I can get to the camps without putting too much stress on our own families. That is why I need your help! My goal is to raise at least $1,700 by November 20th, and any extra money I raise will go straight to Camp Taylor. 
I am extremely thankful for any donations I get! This camp means a lot to me. It is not just a summer camp, it is a huge support system that I would not be able to live without, and I am so excited to help spread that support to families from all over.
