IT'S Fixed!!! I got it running again thanks to your help with sharing this fundraiser and donating. I bought a used engine from American Auto Salvage w/warrenty for $538; and, then towed my car to Engine Rebuilders, LLC, in Irving to swap out the engine with the labor/instalation totaling to $1435.78. Your prayers and general advice have also been key factors in paving a pathway to my goal.

THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!

Hello all. My name is Matthew Webb. I'm 24 years old, I live in Oak Cliff, TX, and I work full-time at American Airlines at DFW Airport. My mother, two younger sisters and I live together in a small house, have been blessed with one car, and live in poverty. I recently have lost my mode of transportation with my vehicle due to the flood disasters in Texas. I am attempting to raise $1600 to $2000 to pay for the labor and installation of a new/used engine for my 2010 Ford Fusion so that my family and I have security in knowing that I can continue to provide income for us and for my sisters to have the flexibilty to be successful by getting to their respective colleges this summer. But most importantly, we need to have the econimic necessity in using our own means of transportaion to proceed in our process of searching for an apartment to move into by late August. However, right now, our best is not good enough to succeed, finacially.

During recent natural disasters, my 2010 Ford Fusion was victim of flood damage. After having it professionally diagnosed, it was determind that my 2.5L engine had become unresponsive due to "catastrophic interior damages" cause by a loose rod in the pipe of the base of the engine. However, because I am the main income provider, not nearly making enough money at American Airlines, I was only able to afford liabilty auto insurance. So any and all costs to non-motorists repairs, such as this inccedent, have to come "out-of-pocket"; which, I do not have.

Although, we have been blessed for 3 years to have been given a place to stay after being evicted from our previous residence in 2013. Now, we are again at this familiar situation in our lives.  So, there is substatial ugency with time and an enoumous need to for funds and outside help from family and friends for my family and I to be successful and move forward in our lives.

We can jump start the process by, first, with getting my car repaired. If you are willing to help with anything, we will be beyound grateful!

Thank you,
Matthew Webb
