Matthew's Lumpy Space Princess

Hi everyone, 

My name's Simone and I'm doing this page for my dear friend Patricia.

Patricia and her husband Des are both very hardworking and are amazing, supportive parents of 4 children. 3 girls (Ciara 17, Catherine 14 and Amy, 13) and one boy.

Their son; their handsome, wee man Matthew is 15.

After complaining for several days of horrific headaches, having a CT scan and MRI, Matthew was diagnosed with a brain tumour; the size of a ping pong ball.

Matthew has named the tumour his 'Lumpy Space Princess' and had surgery the 25th of May to remove it.

We're still yet to find out whether he will need chemotherapy, radiation or both. 

The reason behind this page is because of the ongoing medical costs to get Matthew back to his normal self. 

During this time, both Des and Patricia have had to take time off work but still have to somehow manage financially and provide for the 3 girls as well as staying by Matthews bedside.

The McConville's greatly appreciate all the warm wishes and ask you keep them in your prayers.
