Matthew Pancreatitis/Kidney Fund

I've never done one of these before. I am coming off a 6 day stay in the hospital. I was diagnosed with Pancreatitis, Acute Kidney Failure, Acute Liver Disease, Hypertension, and Ulcers in my intestines. After a follow up at the hospital on June 6th, I need to schedule an Upper GI Endoscopy within 30-60 days, which will cost $1200. I have also missed 3 weeks of work and will miss another 4-6 weeks minimum. Anything will help.   Thank you!
