Matthew Jacobs age 26 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed away tragically last night. He is a father, husband, son, brother, and uncle who leaves behind many people who loved and adored him. He is survived by his wife, and three small children.
Matthew loved working on cars, and sadly died doing exactly what he loved. Anyone who knew Matthew knew him as a loving family man. He was the only income provider for his precious family and the future will be very difficult on his family, sweet babies, and wife.
I am a friend of Cassey's, Matthew's sister. She asked that I help the family set this up while they are dealing with all the other realities of losing Matthew. The family is making arrangements today and need financial help as soon as possible. Please help us raise money for his funeral and burial costs and help ease some of the burden on his family during this unexpected time of loss.
