Matthew Cox, 19 year old son of Jason and Beth Cox, went home to be with the Lord after a drowning accident on October 16, 2018, while on active military duty in Cuba.
One of 4 brothers, he will be leaving an empty chair at the table of their loving family.
Matthew was an amazing example of a Godly Christian young man. Truly great people leave great holes in others lives when they pass on, and Matthew is just such a young man. Those who had the blessing of knowing him are grieving his loss deeply.
Matthew will always be, to so many of us, precious in very unique ways. Some men do more to impact others and serve God in 20 years than others do in 80. I really feel this applies to Matthew... His testimony of faithfulness, amazing work ethic, a beautiful countenance with a smile for everyone, and eagerness to serve others is something that will always speak volumes to those he left behind.
He ran his course faithfully.
Jason and Beth Cox are truly amazing parents. We are so grateful that they willingly shared thier son with all of us, encouraging him to be a part of our lives, and to become the excellent man he was.
We would love to see the Cox family blessed beyond measure, as they have blessed so many of us.
