Matthew, Kaitlynn and Audree Burke

When Audree was a month old Matt and Kaitlynn were told she might have a small heart murmur and were referred to a pediatric cardiologist. At her two month visit they were told they no longer heard the murmur so they expected the appointment with the cardiologist to go well. Unfortunately that was not the case when they met with the cardiologist last Thursday. After an EKG and an echocardiogram it was determined by the cardiologist that they needed to get to children's hospital in New Orleans as soon as possible. Friday they met with the team of doctors. Audree was born with a rare heart condition dealing with her coronary arteries, causing one half of her heart to not receive the oxygenated blood it needs. Saturday morning they performed surgery on their little girl, which as of now, has been a success! They are hopeful because she is still in very good health. With all this being said I am asking everyone to PLEASE keep this family in your prayers.  As you can imagine, Audree has a very long road to recovery and a potentially long hospital stay. This may turn into a financial hardship on her parents being away from work. I am asking you to make a donation so that they can focus on the healing and recovery of thier little girl, instead of finances.  Any amount will be greatly appreciated and God bless!
