Matt Mijares Injury Relief

Hey, I was hit by a car while riding my bike. I broke 13 bones, collapse both my lungs, and i have heart contusions. It goes with out saying but I can't move around very much and I'm out of work till I can. Because of that I need help paying some medical and home expenses till I can go back to work.
