Matthew Christopher Kuzmiak passed away suddenly on August 1st, 2018.
Beloved son of Deborah J. and the late William M. Kuzmiak.
Loving brother of Billy, Brian, and Peter Kuzmiak.
Caring uncle of Rogan and Jillian Kuzmiak.
Matthew (known to many as simply “Kuz”) was an amazing person who cared deeply for his family and friends.
We will never forget his contagious laughter and smile that could brighten up any room.
He has touched so many lives and his memory will live on in all of our hearts.
Please consider making a donation to honor Matthew’s life with a memorial bench. Anything you can give, no matter how big or small, is much appreciated.
This bench will be placed at a local park (location still to be determined) and will serve as a place that can be visited to pause and reflect.
A dedicated space to share stories, laughter, tears, and keep Matthew’s memory alive.
Any extra funding will be given to Matthew’s family to help with funeral expenses and any other hardships they may be facing at this difficult time.
