To kick off a new decade of filmmaking, we assembled a team of BGSU film students to make a short film called MatriMax. Written and to be directed by the legendary John Schwartz, it's sure to be a blast.
Set in the near future, speed dating is revolutionized by MatriMax, a machine that allows couples a glimpse into their future relationship. Milly, a woman recovering from a broken heart, attends a MatriMax event to swiftly find her perfect match in hopes of making up for lost time. However, even a future telling device couldn't predict the erratic night of matchmaking that Milly is about to experience.
To make that night come to life, our team needs a bit of help. We're a little low on student art funds, and we can't make a movie without spending money on equipment, costumes, and food for the crew. That's where you can help!
