In Memory of Mathew Cheney

In honor of Mathew Glen Cheney, who passed away at age 35, we are accepting donations to support the Oswego Assertive County Treatment (ACT) Team.
Mathew suffered from schizophrenia and struggled emotionally for over 18 years. The ACT team was an incredible form of support for Mathew and our family. In lieu of flowers we ask for a donation to support this team-- a multidisciplinary team of providers who delivers mental health care, support, and services.
Any donation will be sent to the Oswego Health Foundation to support the future care of mental health clients.
