Mastiff Needs Funding and a Home

Please help us save Bentley, a 190 lb Mastiff. We took Bentley into Bark from the Heart Rescue after his owner committed suicide (with Bentley at his side). Bentley was devastated as well as the owners wife and 2 daughters (ages 10-14). Our rescue was able to board Bentley while his family heals and tried to find a new home for themselves. Unfortunatey another tragedy hit the family and the owners brother also committed suicide weeks later. Its hard to imagine all the tragedy that has hit this beautiful family. We have decided its impossible for the family to keep Bentley as much as they want to, we want to find him a home. Bentley was protective of the family and shy to meet people, we need someone with Mastiff experience. Bentley is a great big teddy bear if he has a strong leader. And why Go Fund Me?  We we able to keep Bentley in my daycare boarding facility until a couple weeks ago - we are undergoing construction and will not be able to have boarding dogs for two months. In turn I have placed Bentley with a Board & Train Trainer. I need funding to continue this boarding until we find exactly the right owner. His trainer -Thunder has done a great job with him. Bentley now needs more time to find the right environment so he can transition comfortably, he still misses his Dad and needs patience. He may growl a little with a move - but with the right handler, this is one great dog!
