Massive Floods Fund to help central Vietnam in QT

Heavy Rains, Flooding Kill at Least 17 People in Central Provinces Vietnam (Quang Tri). Floods have cut food supplies to thousands of people. Around 31,000 people have been displaced and more than 33,000 houses submerged and damaged by floods, according to a government report.

The Buddhist monks in Vietnam to accept donations from US. I know these monks personally and am certain that the donations will reach the right people 100%.
