Masks and protection for UIC Medical Center

One of the biggest problems facing healthcare workers treating patients with Coronavirus in Chicago (and much of the rest of the US) is a lack of masks and other PPEs, or personal protective equipment. Specifically at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) Medical Center, there have been at least 40 confirmed cases of staff who have come down with the virus, and the battle is just beginning here.
My name is Justin Chang Stauffer. I am a student at Northside Prep High School. My mom works as a doctor at UIC medical center and Jesse Brown VA Medical Center that is associated with it, so I have a personal connection to this site, and information about the hardships it is going through. Both of these are reasons I want to do whatever I can to help out, before it is too late for the staff to keep safe, as well as help keep others alive.
The money that I raise will be used to purchase masks and other PPE (face shields, protective gowns) for the healthcare workers at UIC. The cheapest N95 masks can be imported in bulk from FDA-approved facilities at a cost of around four dollars a piece after taxes and shipping, so it is very difficult to provide this alone. The goal is set for $1000, as every little bit helps to save more lives, but realistically speaking, around $5000 would be almost necessary for the scale of the problem at this facility.
In order to help raise money for this purpose, I thought of providing some giveback. I have played music for all of my life, and it is very important to me. At school, I am part of the Tri M National Music Honors Society, which exists to spread joy and love for music. Music is very much a part of me, and as other musicians are giving online concerts and performances, I thought that I could do the same to help raise money. I worked with my friends, other musicians, to record pieces for you to enjoy. I hope that we can brighten up your day, regardless of whether or not you can afford to help the current crisis. However, it would be greatly appreciated if you could share this site, to spread the joy during this time when many people are down, and to help protect the people who are fighting the virus on the frontlines to save as many lives as they can.
