Stand By Mary Weddle

Please help Mary Weddle get back on her feet after devastating losses.In the early morning hours of January 5, 2018, Mary and her twin sons Tim and Mike awoke to a massive house fire. Thankfully, they escaped safely with only minor smoke inhalation. They were devastated to watch helplessly as their home burned, and were further devastated when they realized they didn’t have renters insurance. Expenses have added up quickly…

Mary and her family have lived in North Carolina for the last 6 years, but spent most of their lives in Maryland.  Her children graduated from Linganore High School, proud Lancer Pride!  Most of us know Mary and her family through her daughter Marilyn. Mary has been through a lot of loss in her life — frankly, more loss than any one person should have to bear. She lost her first husband in a house fire.  Mary's second husband Danny Weddle passed in 2015. Her daughter and our friend, Marilyn, was taken way too soon at the age of 21 in a car accident. More tragic news came on Saturday, February 3, 2018 — Mary’s son Tim died unexpectedly. We know his big sister Marilyn has taken Tim under her wing.

Mary and Mike Weddle need our financial support to rebuild their lives and help cover Tim’s funeral expenses. They need our love, and would greatly appreciate any photos that you have of their family. Any financial assistance you can offer them would be deeply appreciated. Our Goal is $5,000.00 to start!
