Mary & her children are going through a very tough transition. I think everyone who knows Mary, knows the upheaval that has happened in the past couple of weeks. I'd rather not post the details on here, but just know that she and her children have been through some turmoil. Think about it... it takes so much time and effort to rebuild your life, monetarily and emotionally.
By physically being there for her and helping her move, by donating items, by babysitting for her, or just giving her a big hug and telling her you're there for her REALLY HELPS. It gives me such peace of mind to know that she has such tremendous support from her work family, her Bahá'í family, and her Mommy group... especially since I'm 2700 miles away and can't be there. Her friends back here in Pensacola keep in touch with her and have asked how to help out.
The reason I created this page is because Mary was left without a vehicle. Some sweet friends of hers did get her a temporary one, but now, she has realized it is not going to be reliable. She needs transportation... bad.
In the past few weeks, a great many of people have asked her if they can HELP in any way. My friends have asked me also, "How can I help her?" -- Mary is a hard worker and has told me she doesn't need help with money to pay her bills or rent. However, she has found a cheaply priced car, and just does not have enough to get it.
If you know my daughter at all, you know she has the biggest heart, but not all of you know the immense turmoil she has been thru in her life, so many times. She really deserves to be happy... and for her children to be happy, too. She needs more joy in her life. I'd like to help her find her joy again.
Can we all give a little bit of love to her, to assist her with buying this car?
If you reached out to her lately and asked if she and the kids were okay, or if they needed anything, or said to her that you are here for her... PLEASE give a little bit. Hopefully we will be able to reach the goal and help Mary get this car.
Let's show her some love. It doesn't have to be $100... it could be $5. I think if we all work together in the net week or so, we can do it! The opportunity to get this car may go by quickly, so please give what you can.
Thank you for your time.
Thank you for loving my daughter.
