Living My Dream

Martha Jo Carr has been one of our most consistent (and persistent) students. Martha has missed fewer than 30 days in each of the past two years, since she began her practice with us back in July 2011. It is a rare day when we don't see Martha grace our doorway!

Following her third attempt at securing a scholarship at Bikram Yoga's Teacher Training, Martha has been awarded a partial scholarship and will be attending the Fall session of Bikram's Hot Yoga training beginning in just three weeks.

Unfortunately, the partial scholarship covers only the $7,500 tuition and Martha still needs an estimated $6,000 or more to cover the hotel cost ($3,900) and her other living expenses while she attends this nine-week immersion program.

If you are interested or able to offer Martha any financial support even the smallest donation will make a difference.

We wish Martha the best of luck with her campaign and with the training. It will be interesting to see Martha on the podium some day, as well!
