Marsh Harbour IB Agent Bradley Reckley

Dear Patrons,
As you are aware Hurricane Dorian ravished the Bahamas, in particular Freeport and Marsh Harbour. Our Island Bargains agent in Marsh Harbour, Bradley Reckley suffered a stroke on Saturday, the day before the Sunday storm. He and his wife Lovely were boarding up their home and business, and preparing to ride out the storm, when Bradley fell to the floor. They were airlifted out of Marsh Harbour that night and taken to the Nassau hospital, which in a twist of fate may have saved their lives.
In speaking with my staff, they have noted the despair and stress in Lovely’s voice, and the uncertainty of how to get thru this. Bradley owns and operated a Customs Brokerage business on one side of the building and Lovely ran a yummy restaurant on the other side. They are very good people and have lost everything.
Bradley is now recovering in Nassau, however resources are limited due to the on slot of needs from the storm. Therefore he is being taken to Mississippi for further treatment and therapy.
We have set up a GoFundMe page on behalf of Bradley and Lovely. We are asking our customers for their support in assisting one of our own. $5, $10 or $20 would go along way for the Reckley’s and would provide them a bit of comfort.

We are accepting cargo for Marsh Harbour at our Fort Lauderdale terminal and we are offering free shipping. All cargo bound for Marsh Harbour will be consigned to the Red Cross. They have taken the lead on the distribution of donations.
