Marlayna Cooksey's Medical Costs

Marlayna Alexandra Cooksey was born April 20, 2004. Marlo and Jerry noticed at the age of two Marlayna was lethargic and walked with an imbalance. She was diagonosed with a Juvenile Pilocytic Astrocytoma brain tumor.  She's had two brain tumor surgeries, however unsuccessful in removing the entire tumor. She has endured 7 chemotherapy protocols in 12 years.  Due to the tumor, she is now 100% blind in one eye, and has a 50% field of vison in the other. She has handled her illness with dignity and grace. The last MRI scan has revealed the brain tumor has progessed 20% over the past year which requires a return to treatment. 

I am requesting help for this family for Marlayna's treatment not covered by insurance.  With this, they've  incurred substantial medical bills.

Marlo is the most selfless moms I know. She has faciliated Marlaya's cancer treatment for
for 12 years. She has ensured the best care for Marlayna as well as raising she and Jerry's other 2 children. She is a stay-at-home mom and home schools Marlayna due to her medical absences.

Jerry is the sole provider for this family, and absolutley adores his children. He actually treats my daughter as one of his own. There is nothing he wouldn't do for his childen.
