Marks accessible van

At the age of 15 I was injured in an ATV accident.  Since then I've been a paraplegic .  For the last several years I've had reconstructive surgeries for my shoulders due to transferring myself in and out of my vehicle.  I've also had multiple surgeries for an infection that was in my bones and blood.  The last 2 surgeries entailed removing part of both my hips.  I am now unable to transfer in my vehicle by myself.  I have an opportunity to purchase a van that will work for my situation but I am unable to afford this due to not being able to work for the last 2 years.  I am struggling with numerous medical bills as well.
