Mark's Donation Expenses
Donation protected
Many of you know my dad Mark. He is an avid fan of all the Pittsburgh Teams, and has been to most home openers and celebratory parades with his family. He is 63 years old, and has been married for over 35 years. He has raised 4 children, and is a registered nurse at a clinic for Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh where he has worked since 2003. My dad has recently been diagnosed with Liver Cancer. After weeks of testing, he has finally been approved to receive a Liver transplant. The best option is a living donation which is not as rare as you may think, 47% of all transplanted organs in the U.S. are from living donors. While medical insurance covers some of the expenses, there will be expenses both for my father and the living donor that will need to be covered. Please consider donating to this cause, every little bit helps.
