Help Mark & Penny with Medical Expenses

Last week Mark had a stroke while he was with Meridith and Phil at Boston Mass General. It was an incredible bit of luck that the stroke occurred while they were at the hospital and Mark was able to get immediate care.

Mark is still intubated and does not have movement on his left side. The doctors are doing their best to keep him comfortable to give his brain the best opportunity to heal. The next 4 - 6 days progress will give better clarity on the extent of the damage of the stroke and determine the next steps moving forward.

As of now, the assumption is that Mark will be in Boston Mass General for at least a couple of months. As you all know, Mark is a self-employed fisherman and Penny is taking time away from her job to be in Boston with Mark. The hotel alone is over $150 per night for Penny and their family to be close to the hospital along with all expenses that are not covered by insurance and deductibles.

Mark has a long way to go and he and his family can use our prayers and our help. We all are looking forward to hearing Mark's amazing laugh and having him cracking jokes very soon. Appreciate your love and prayers for this amazing family!
