MarineLab Irma Recovery

MarineLab was struck by Hurricane Irma's storm surge and sustained significant damage to the Floating Classroom and the cafeteria.  The Big Building and the Fort, where our instructors live, was also impacted.  We are forced to cancel most of the programs for the rest of the fall season.     Although we are insured, there will be steep deductibles and things not covered, not to mention the loss of income from all those canceled programs. We've had to increase our goal after closer inspection of the damage, and also our FCC is not insured.  We could use some help from the thousands of students who've attended MarineLab through the years and loved our programs!  Your assistance would be greatly greatly appreciated!  Help us get MarineLab repaired so that we can get back to doing what we do best - introducing students to the wonders of the ocean.  MarineLab makes a difference, and now you can too, by making a donation.   Thank you!
