Marilyn Howard Healthcare Worker Memorial Fund
Marilyn M Howard, died of respiratory failure related to COVID-19 on Saturday, April 4th in Valley Stream, New York. She was 53 years old. Marilyn contracted COVID-19 as a result of her daily contact with the students and staff that she served in her role as a public school nurse at the Spring Creek School in Brooklyn, NY. Despite the known risks associated with COVID-19, Marilyn stepped up and served, reporting to work each day to serve students until New York City public schools were closed.
Marilyn was a beloved sister, niece, aunt, cousin, godmother and a dear friend to many. In tribute to her memory, we are raising money to support New York City healthcare workers fighting to stem the tide against COVID-19
