Mariko's Medical Fund

Hello my name is Marquies Law. My son is Mariko Law he is 13 years old. Recently my son was diagnosed with Lyme Disease. Mariko is one of the most caring, fun loving, kind, hard working kids I know. He was diagnosed the day after Thanksgiving. He is a very active young man. He plays football, basketball, hockey, and does many other things that keep him busy and helpful to others. Mariko has missed more school in the last few months than he has in his whole school career. He has body aches pains, chest pains, trouble with balance at times and says he see spots and can't focus along with constant ringing in his ears. My wife and I knew something was wrong because he was not being his normal 100 mile per hour self. So we took him to the doctor and he was diagnosed and put on two seperate rounds of 14 day medication treatment and told he would need to go through therapy.  Now with all the medication treatment that can be done has been and he continues to have more and more symptoms. The Disease Specialist has said we need to test further because there must be another diease or condition going on. As you know, medical insurance only covers so much and we are unable at this time to move further with testing and treatments. In my home it is myself, my wife Mikki, Mariko, and our 3 month old baby Reese, along with our oldest son Dillon. We are behind on bills, because of meds and missed time from work along with the fact my wife has been out of work with our new baby girl and just started back to work a short while ago. I work two jobs myself but still very hard to make ends meet. So in order to catch up on bills and do something special for Riko is why we started the GoFundMe. He is very scared about what is happening with his body. I know our God is good and we will be fine in the long run but right now we need help before we fall too far behind and not able to provide the full care for Mariko and his needs and our family as a whole.
