Mariia Maidanovych Needs Your Help Fighting Cancer

In January 2020, Mariia Maidanovych had a second late relapse - Acute Myeloid Leukemia. In January 2018, a bone marrow transplantation was done in Turkey, after which it seemed that life was getting better and finally came back to normal two years later. However, none of the cancer patients are safe from relapse, so the news that the disease returned was shocking. In 2018, together we managed to raise funds to go to Turkey for an expensive operation and give Mariia a chance for life. Today we are starting to raise funds for urgent bone marrow transplantation, which is indispensable. Mariia is currently undergoing chemotherapy in Kyiv, Ukraine. Once remission is achieved, an urgent bone marrow transplantation will need to be done. Since bone marrow transplantation is still not performed in Ukraine, we are forced to undergo the surgery abroad.
