Mariah's ministry in Thailand

Hi everyone! It is my second year attending Simpson University and I am so grateful to be here. Being at this school has taught me incredible things and has done so much in helping me grow in faith. It is such a blessing to be surrounded with so many amazing people and opportunities.
I've been selected, along with 70 other students, to join one of Simpson's WorldSERVE Teams! This means we will partner with international workers around the world to use our gifts and passions in serving others this spring or summer. After training, praying, fundraising, and planning, my team will be journeying to Bangkok, Thailand from May 7-27. We will spend three weeks learning about Buddhism and Thai culture, meeting with local English-speaking university students, discipling new believers, encouraging long-term workers there, and spending time ministering in the Red Light District. I am really looking forward to serving on this great team of people because not only will my own life be changed, but I will get to share the truth of Jesus with people who do not know Him yet!
Support in prayer and financial support would be so helpful in aiding my pursuance of this incredible opportunity. My first deadline is to have 40% of total funds raised by February 7th.
