Maria needs surgery

So for the past several years I have been living with pain, getting steroid injections, nerve burning, physical theray, rubs, tincutures, massages, tried all kinds of different modalities. It has gotten to the point some days I am unable to do simple tasks, like wash my shower walls, mix pancakes for my 5 children, button a shirt  basic life essentials. I finally need surgery or one day I will be unable to do any of the above basic life functions due to the damge of the nerve in my neck. My quality life has drastically changed more and more for the worst to the point on weekends my family is lucky if I show to the family functions. Living with the pain monster is most days debilitatling. I suffer from depression due to the pain and the change in my quality of life. After 8 years of living as a single mother I finally found someone that thank god is patient with me and will sit and keep me company when I have my bad days.  I just found out  a couple days ago I am no longer eligible for state aid and my deductable is so high for me I need help. Yes, I am putting pride away ( something I learned after my divorce),  and asking for any of my family or friends  help. The fusion/discectomy of my C5 & C6  is scheduled for 3-22-2018. There is no way for me to come up with this money on my own. My finace and I have 5 children and we are doing the best we can now living pay check to pay check. If I do not have surgey one day I will wake and have NO use of my left arm. I am 41 years young and still have a lot of life left and to think that one day I would not be able to use an arm, scares me. Please if any one can help me out I will be forever grateful.
