Mari Needs Kidney Transplant Now

On June 28, 2017, my wife Nina and I found out her sister Mari Rose Chuaseco was rushed to the hospital in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Although she is from the Philippines, for some years, she has spent her time between her home country and the UAE. There, she is able to find better, more stable employment to send money back to care for her two children, Zak, who is 12, and Misha, who is 11. She is only 40 years old and is a single mother.
While in Dubai, she became ill and discovered that she is in Stage 5 kidney failure with only 5% organ usage. She is without health insurance, is no longer employed, and is having trouble with her visa to travel home or elsewhere. She sought assistance from the Filipino Embassy, but they are unable to give her aid.
As of now, she requires regular dialysis to remove the deadly toxins from her body while she awaits a match for a kidney donation. However, to this point, she cannot afford dialysis. As a last-ditch effort to prolong her life, a friend donated the funds for her to receive hemoglobin treatments twice a week to help prevent complete organ failure.
Without dialysis, and soon, she will die. Without a kidney transplant soon, she will die. Mari's children are hoping to be tested to see if they are a match.
The doctors tell her that all of the treatments and eventual transplant will cost upwards of $50K USD. Without God's intervention and a miracle, my wife will lose her sister. Zak and Misha will lose their mother.
