In Memory of Margaret Penney

Margaret Penney, passed away June 28, 2020 after a very brief but intense battle with ALS. Our dad, Bill, was steadfast in her caretaking for the last 5 months. We’ve never seen someone show their love in such a beautiful way. They would have been married 54 years this year. Please help us memorialize our mom and pay tribute to our dad by donating to the ALS Northern Ohio Chapter and Bill’s Irish Whiskey fund. The ALS Northern Chapter has been wonderful throughout this process. ALS is a downright horrible disease, and they were there every step of the way giving us advice and helping in any way they could. The whiskey fund... while we realize giving money towards our dad drinking whiskey might seem odd, I mean, who doesn’t want someone to pay for their alcohol?!, but  seriously, he just spent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for months caring for her, and the guy could use a treat, so for every $10.00 donated, $1.00 of that will go towards buying a bottle of whiskey for Bill. He deserves it. Thank you in advance for considering this. Any amount is appreciated. We really just want to raise money in Margaret’s name for others battling ALS. She was always so charitable; we know she would have wanted to help the ALS Association in any way she could.
