Hi all,
We have decided to set up a small GoFundMe campaign for Dave Featherston's Mum, Margaret.
As I'm sure most of you are aware, they're going through a tough time at the moment and we're aiming to give Margaret a nice night out at her upcoming family reunion in Newcastle.
They have chosen to have the party in Newcastle as this was the area Margaret grew up as a child. Dave has organised the family get together on behalf of his Mum in order to give Margaret the chance to say one last goodbye to her family, whilst she's still well enough to do so.
Unfortunately this will probably be her last chance to see her family all together in one place like this...
The goal is simply to get her a nice hotel suite on the night and if we get more we will make it even more special with private transfers, etc.
