Margaret Brown's Cancer Treatment

It's LSU football season so to get your attention, I aptly (and shamelessly) used a pic of Coach O with Margaret.
As many of you know, our precious Margaret Brown was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, which will require a mastectomy and reconstruction surgery. This effort is to cover her known out-of-pocket expenses for treatment. (Her insurance should cover the rest based on what we know now.) Any amount will help, no matter how big or small. I am asking you to prayerfully consider donating. I think this is a very achievable goal and would make such a huge difference for Margaret and her ability to focus on getting treatment and to get healthy and whole without the burden of the associated costs. This diagnosis was given the day after her return from the funeral of her niece/daughter, which was already such a huge blow for her and so many others; thus, she is both grieving and having to face the harsh realities of cancer. Thankfully, her prognosis is good post-surgeries. Margaret has been a constant source of joy, comfort, wisdom, encouragement and a huge pain in the rear ;) for so many over her lifetime. (I kid, kind of. ;)) She has tirelessly given her life away again and again as a teacher, coach, preacher, friend, mentor, nanny, sister, daughter, and in many other roles. If you're reading this, you have probably been a beneficiary of her heart and efforts. This is a perfect opportunity to sow back into her life in her time of need.
I am also asking you to be in prayer for her over the next couple of months. The mastectomy is scheduled for the end of September with the reconstruction surgery to follow thereafter.
Those who sow in tears
