Marc Mouchet Cancer Support

My husband Marc was diagnosed with a rare form of stomach cancer, Linitis Plastica, stage III, on January 4th, 2017. His health had been declining for the last year, and especially the last few months before the diagnosis. He had been seeing doctors and had tests done since September, including an endoscopy and ultrasound and bloodtests, but this is a very hard type of cancer to detect, because it hides itself inside of the stomach wall. It basically makes the entire stomach wall swollen and hard. Marc can no longer eat through his mouth. He is fed through a feeding tube (J-Tube) in the side of his abdomen that goes into his small intestine, bypassing the stomach, which no longer functions. The doctors do not want to remove the stomach as that would likely spread the cancer all over quickly.
Marc had to have much of his colon removed a week ago (Feb 18th). It had been damaged by the stomach tumor. He is still in the hospital recovering from the surgery today (Feb 26, 2017). His biopsy has been sent to a lab in Utah that does gene testing to try to find a new drug that is effective against whatever type of gene his cancer has. We are hoping for a match!!! We are so very grateful to all our friends and family and supporters for standing with us as we fight this battle with the help of God. We would be so grateful if you would be specifially praying a prayer based on Psalm 103:1-5 with us on Marc's behalf.
