Bella and Betys medical needs

As you guys might know My little sisters Marbeth and Marbella have a condition called Rett syndrome they require complete care and depend on my family and I for all there care . Currently they have no insurance and we are waiting for them to be approved for Medicaid  .  For the mean time we have had to pay for all of there medications as well as other supplies such as diapers ext . Any donation would be greatly appreciated to cover these unexpected expenses.  ( Familia y amigos como usted saben mis hermanitas tienen una enfermedad que se llama Rett y ellas necesitan cuidados completos .
