Maraschino Cherry-Short Film

My name is Teija, I’m a film director from California and I’m trying to prepare my reel of films. I finished writing my first short film “Maraschino Cherry” after months of writers block. This film follows a girl who can’t find the purpose to her sinister ways, and comes upon a writer who tells her that he’s the biggest help she can get. I planned on starting post production and start the shoot this year. Using the funds from a paid internship to was my saving grace into finishing this. Due to the coronavirus, I lost the internship and I no longer have the funds for this film. 
Being a film director is all I want in this life, and now I no longer have the opportunity to fund my first film. 
I only ask for $600 because that’s the amount I would’ve been getting from the internship. I’m using my other talented friends as resources for music, costume design, makeup etc.
