Manuel Platero's Transplant Fund

My name is Manuel Platero, and I am 22 years old. I'm in need of a second kidney transplant. I am currently on dialysis to save my life. I was first diagnosed with FSGS when I was 13 years old, and receved my first transplant a year and a half later. Now the kidney is failing. I need to raise $10,000 so the National Kidney Foundation will match it. With that money I can afford medicines in the future in case of emergencies when my insurace doesn't pay my medications. The medications are very expensive and are the best way to save the second kidney. Please help me save my life. I don't want to be on dialysis for the rest of my life.
