Manuel's Pancreatic Cancer

My name is Manuel Nunez I am married and have three children, I have been struggling with diabetes for a while now,  in October 2017 I was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. Since then I have not been able to work due to weakness caused by Chemotherapy.  I had a surgery in December to try and remove the mass but the Doctors were not able to remove them and I have to continue with the therapy.  Medication and treatment is expensive and since I'm unable to work right now I'm having trouble paying for medication, house,  and hospital bills that are also pilling up.  Thank you all in advanced and God Bless you.
