Mansukhani Medical Service Trip to Ecuador 2025

Hello! As some of you may know, my family and especially my daughters Natasha and Serena (now ages 21 and 17) are super passionate about PACHE/Nested- an organization that organizes medical service trips to Ecuador annually. We have all gone on the trip and plan to again this August! Natasha, who is graduating from college, specifically asked to go on this trip again, instead of us taking a family vacation this summer.
On the trip, we serve indigenous Ecuadorian people, traveling to remote mountainous villages to provide cervical cancer screenings, general medical care, eyeglasses, and donations of medicine, clothing and toys. The only access to care is often several hours away by bus. While I saw patients, my daughters played soccer with kids of sick parents, distributed health packages for teen mothers and babies, and taught women yoga and stretching to help with aches and pains from working in the fields. We treated a woman who had back pain after her cow bumped into her!
In order for this trip to be possible, we need to raise a significant amount of money to pay for medical supplies, volunteer fees, donations for kids and patients and so much more.
