Maliha's Recovery after Dog Attack

A few weeks go, our close friend, Maliha, fell victim to a serious dog bite. The majority of her upper lip has been ripped away. I don't feel comfortable sharing the images within this page, but they are available here . I am sorry to share such gruesome images but it is important to know how serious this is.
Maliha is one of the kindest, most genuine people you will ever encounter. She is one of the STRONGEST people I have ever met. Through all of this, her biggest concern has been making sure that her friends who were present at the time are okay. The entire experience has been traumatic for everybody involved.
Maliha is currently attending classes and is on her way to medical school. She also works as a server in Naperville. She is independent and supports herself financially. Being unable to work has been a major financial setback for her, on top of mounting medical bills.
Not only is Maliha dealing with the physical trauma, but the emotional trauma is overwhelming. She needs professional help to regain the life she once had. The post-traumatic stress has left her unable to sleep and afraid to leave the house.
Maliha REFUSES to give up. And she knows that she will get through this battle. But right now, she needs our help.
