On Tuesday, August 28, 2018, Malia Mahoe Jackson Rodriguez, amazing and devoted wife to Kelvin Rodriguez, and loving mother to Javier (6yrs) and Jackson (5yrs) passed away. This fund is for the boys, Javi and Jackson.
Malia was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer earlier this year and passed away shortly thereafter. Malia was an incredibly compassionate, warm, kind, hard-working, loving, and dedicated wife, mom, friend, and colleague who provided a comfortable and happy environment for everyone around her. She inspired laughter and always managed to have a smile on her face. This is an incomprehensible loss for Kelvin, their boys, and everyone who knew and loved her. Her beautiful smile and zest for life will stay with us always.
Malia will always be the love of Kelvin's life and he will make every effort to continue without her, but he needs all of our support. This fund is being set up to help him handle the costs associated with this sudden loss and for providing for Javier and Jackson's future. Now that he is a single father of two young boys, Kelvin will need all our assistance in the months and years to come.
